Your acceptance packet contains important information concerning the remaining steps in your admissions process. Please review the information carefully.
Acceptance Packet
Included in your acceptance packet, you will find:
- your acceptance letter
- a reservation/housing agreement form
- budget sheet*
- I-20 Requirements information sheet
- affidavit of support form
- health history and assessment form
*Please note: The student budget sheet for the 2008-2009 academic year will become available within the next month. Forms for the current academic year have been included to give you an idea of the required documents. You will receive updated forms as soon as they are available.
Affidavit of Support and Bank Statement
We cannot issue an I-20 without a current affidavit of support and bank statement. These documents must be dated after March 1, 2008. Please keep in mind that all financial documents must be official. The affidavit must be witnessed by a legal official or notary republic, and the bank statement must be prepared on official bank letterhead. We cannot accept scans, faxes, or photocopies.
Please wait to prepare your bank statement and affidavit of support until you receive the 2007-2008 international budget sheet. To help you estimate your expenses, the international student budget sheet for 2006-2007 was included in your admission packet. It shows the breakdown of tuition, housing, and other expenses for one year.
