At Adelphi, we subscribe to an Early Action admissions program, whereby the Office of University Admissions prioritizes the review of Early Action candidates who have completed applications, including all supporting material, and have submitted by December 1.

Students who submit a completed application by December 1 will be notified of the decision of the Office of University Admissions by December 31. Completed applications may be submitted online.

In some cases, the Admissions Committee may defer making a final decision until it has received a report of the candidate’s midterm grades, additional scores or until a personal interview takes place.

The advantages of applying for Early Action include being among the first students considered for a wide range of generous scholarships and need-based financial assistance. Early Action is non-binding.
