Located near Long Island's parks and beaches, our 75-acre campus is only 45 minutes from New York City. It offers the best access to a major metropolitan area from the convenience of a safe, suburban campus environment. With eight colleges and a diverse student population, life on our main campus is exciting, fresh and connected.
Our students and community members rely on us, and we reach out to meet their needs. We have centers in Manhattan, Hauppauge and Poughkeepsie. Each location offers specific academic programs.
Adelphi University’s Manhattan Center sits at the corner of Varick and Canal Streets in the heart of SoHo-Tribeca. Famous now for its retail shopping and proximity to the financial centers of downtown Manhattan, this historic arts district has long been home to artists, galleries and avant-garde dance and performance companies. Our Manhattan Center is a contemporary facility and encompasses more than 31,000 square feet of classrooms, conference rooms, student lounge areas, technology labs, a research branch library and photography and art galleries.
Suffolk County Centers
Adelphi University offers academic opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students at two locations in Suffolk County, Long Island. The Hauppauge Education and Conference Center offers programs in professional and graduate education, while the Sayville Downtown Center provides degree programs for adult and transfer students seeking to complete their undergraduate education.
Hudson Valley Center
Adelphi’s Hudson Valley Center is located in Poughkeepsie, New York, and it serves the entire Hudson Valley region and nearby counties in Connecticut. The Hudson Valley Center has created a tradition of high-quality education with an emphasis on small classes and personalized attention, offering students the opportunity to earn a Master of Social Work, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (through Adelphi's R.N. to B.S. program), a Master of Nursing Administration or Master of Nursing Education.
